# Cunningham Studio

> Cunningham Studio is run by Callum Cunningham from Dubai: web design, development and AI automation for brands, agencies and SaaS companies, from a developer who has also been the CMO. My clients are in the UAE, the US, the UK and Europe.

For over ten years I've built websites and run marketing, as an agency co-founder, a CMO and now through my own studio. Whatever we build, the person making it is the same one planning how it grows. Everything I make is the client's outright: the code, the designs, the accounts and the data.

## Work

- [EVie](https://www.callumcunningham.com/cases/evie): EVie runs app-based electric car and van hire across Jersey and Guernsey. I refined the branding for the web, designed the new site and built it in Next.js and Payload alongside another developer, around getting visitors into the app. App download conversion rose 390%.
- [NFT-Inator](https://www.callumcunningham.com/cases/nftinator): NFT-Inator was a no-code platform for generating and selling NFT collections in the browser, built at ProcessLabs. I designed the product, built its front end with another developer and ran its brand, marketing and SEO/GEO as CMO. It grew to 12,000 users, 15,000 projects and $20k a month in revenue, and creators earned over $10M through it.
- [Oodles of Doodles](https://www.callumcunningham.com/cases/oodles): Oodles of Doodles makes low-sugar flavoured water for kids, in cans they can colour in. As CMO I ran the brand, its agencies, events and campaigns, then built the website, the Shopify store and the email funnels myself. Shopify sales rose 42% in the first three months.

I designed and built a trust-first site, an application flow that routes each business to the right service, and a custom CRM that turns applications into branded proposals. Monthly applications rose 84% in the first three months.
